The BEST wedding band
Just WOW. the Sonics were simply incredible. They did a beautiful cover of our first dance song and the atmosphere they created the whole night was amazing. They got everyone up dancing and singing and made sure there was something for everyone. The band members themselves were so so friendly and lovely. Tom went out of his way to contact us before to check how we were, chatted to us during set up and caught up with us at the end of the night to ask how our day had been. Everyone was asking us “who’s this band/how did you find them” and said how much they loved them! If only we had another excuse to see them perform again, cannot fault a single part of it and would highly recommend them! -
More amazing than we ever could have imagined
The sonics were absolutely INCREDIBLE at our wedding. We absolutely loved them, they had the dancefloor going all night which is all we could have wanted. All our guests were amazed at how brilliant they were. From our first dance to the last dance and everything in between they were incredible. Tom was absolutely phenomenal at working the crowd and getting everyone to party! Would recommend them to anyone! -
Oh my gosh WOW!!!!!!
We still haven’t come down from our wedding high and so much of that was thanks to Tom and the rest of The Sonics! We couldn’t have imagined it any better, they were all truly incredible. Absolutely everyone we’ve spoken to has told us how amazing they were and how great it was to see the dance floor so full. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough, we hope they had as much fun as we did. Could not have wished for better entertainment!
Wow! What can we say – The Sonics were AMAZING! They got people up on the dance floor that I had never seen dance before – and kept them there! The communication with Tom prior to the wedding was faultless and nothing was too much trouble – even managing to find Take That as a request for the final song and then joining in with the dance routine. Tom and the rest of the band were friendly, yet professional and are born entertainers. All of our guests loved them – no matter how young or old - and we are so, so happy and eternally grateful that we booked them. Thank you once again – you really were amazing! Mr and Mrs Ball. -

Absolutely Brilliant
What can I say about this band… totally awesome!!! If you’re looking to add that little bit extra to your event book these guys, they kicked off my sons wedding with a bang and our guests loved them, they give 100% and sound incredible. They even let my 11 year old nephew play on the drums with them and totally made his night !! You won’t be disappointed with The Sonics. -
The Sonics are amazing and real performers
Tom and the Band were amazing when they played at our wedding. The song choices were great, the playing of the instruments was great and Tom is a real performer with an unreal voice. We would highly recommend hiring them for your event. We also couldn't fault the communication with the Band before the big day, Tom was always clear and prompt with responses. -
Made our wedding day!
These guys are simply the best! From the initial Zoom call with Tom, in which he came across as caring, calm and professional, the whole set up with The Sonics is first class. They 'drifted' into the wedding venue with minimum fuss, set up whilst speeches were going on with no disturbance, then the fun started! The videos on YouTube (which are excellent) don't do Tom and the guys justice. They are fantastic! Great repertoire and they all get involved. Everyone said they were the best wedding band they had ever seen. Book The Sonics for your event and you won't regret it. They are brilliant. -
Everything we wanted and more!
I don't even know where to begin. The Sonics were absolutely amazing at our wedding and exceeded all our expectations. We have had so many compliments from our guests saying how good the band were, they played such a range of songs to get everyone on the dance floor. You know your band are smashing it when your guests are asking you when the band is coming back on during their set breaks. They have such an energy when performing and Tom's vocals were something else, we didn't want the night to end! We didn't give a list of songs for The Sonics to play we just let them read the room which they did brilliantly. Thank you The Sonics, we wish we could do it all again! Holly & Nick -
Couldn’t Recommend Enough!
Couldn’t recommend The Sonics enough. Absolutely amazing. Had the whole dance floor full. So patient, friendly and can tell they love doing what they do! Our wedding schedule was a little overrun, but they did not moan once, just got on with it and so helpful.
